  • The membership is not transferrable.

  • The membership cannot be refunded.

  • The membership discount does not apply to Cosmetic Physician or IPL treatments.

  • The membership discount does not apply when purchasing blocks or packages of treatments.

  • The membership discount on products can only be used on products for personal use. (Skindeep has the right to refuse discount if more than the regular amount of a product is  being purchased.)

  • Detox booth sessions are transferrable

  • Diamond Club Specials are valid only for the time specified and will not be extended.

  • Gift vouchers can be purchased using membership discount. Points will accumulate when purchasing gift vouchers but will not accumulate when vouchers are redeemed.
