It is that simple. For every $100, we give you 5 points towards your account. When you accumulate at least 20 points, you will be able use those points towards any of our services except on our seasonal special promotions.

How do I join?

When your next in salon simply - Fill in the Rewards application form to start receiving rewards points and so that we make sure we have your up to date information so we may keep you informed of any further discounts or specials that will become available. Or you may purchase your rewards Card now and start earning points immediately. Click here

There is small joining fee of $5. You will be presented with a "Welcome Pack" consisting of several items..

1. Your  $20 gift card. “2 Gifts within 1 Card”

Use the $20 gift card for either the opportunity to experience 20 minutes of Omnilux rejuvenating  light therapy treatment (normally $110) for only $20  or choose to receive $20 off your next beauty product purchase of over $60.

Plus simply scratch the Scratch n Win panel for a further BONUS GIFT.

2. Your personal rewards key tag.

Put the Key Tag on your keys and simply show us when you arrive, we will scan it to make sure you get the full rewards points allocated to your account. Get 5 rewards points for every $100 spent on products and treatments. Use these points towards your treatments. There are no "black out" periods. Use your points, anytime!

3. Your 2 x  "Refer a friend, get rewarded" tags.

Give to your friends/family members that have not been a Skindeep client before and get rewarded with 10 reward points for each person when they become our client *

In turn, they will also receive a 15% discount off their 1st treatment. We will then return the refer tag to you to pass onto other friends or family so you can continue earning more points..

(*Must receive treatments valued $60 and over or after consecutive visits totalling more than $60)

 4. Your Rewards application form.
Fill in the Rewards application form to start receiving your rewards points and so that we make sure we have your up to date information so we may keep you informed of any further discounts or specials that become available.

So you may choose which facial to experience with your discount voucher this flyer has listed our Top 7 Facials and some information on our recommended products.

When can I start Redeeming points?
You will need at least 20 points and after you have visited more than 3 times you may redeem your points.  You can then redeem points at anytime! Unlike many other loyalty programs in the market where redeeming your points are restricted to off-peak periods only. Not us, there are no "black-out" periods, use points anytime on any RRP treatment! Simply let your Therapist know upon completion of your treatment that you wish to redeem some of your points.

We'll still give you 10 rewards points for every new client you refer to us, even without the key tag! The more you refer, the more you earn! Just make sure they tell us you referred them....

Detailed terms and conditions (click to open)

  • Points accumulated are non transferable. Points cannot be credited or refunded for cash or transferred to any other person.

  • Points can only be redeemed upon regular priced treatments.

  • Points cannot be redeemed in the same transaction as any other discounted offer.

  • Points are not redeemable on products.

  • $20 gift card is valid for for 6 weeks only from date of purchase

  • Membership is valid from date of  purchase. Points will accrue from date of purchase.

  • Points can accumulate when Gift Vouchers are purchased but will not accumulate upon redemption of Vouchers.

  • Points cannot be redeemed to purchase Gift Vouchers.

  • Points have no monetary value outside of Skindeep Medispas.

  • Make a purchase/treatment every three (3) months, and no points shall ever expire.

  • Points are not accumulated on discounted services.

  • Points can accrue and can be redeemed on Cosmetic Physician treatments if available.  (Maximum points accruable/ redeemable allowed per treatment = 50)

  • Skindeep medi-spas reserve the right to deduct 25 points from your account when you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

  • This programme supercedes all other Skindeep reward or discount membership systems.

  • Skindeep reserves the right to upgrade/ alter or cancel the rewards programme as it sees fit without notification.
