Skindeep delivers Australia wide using Australia Post.
For standard delivery we charge a flat freight and handling fee of only $8.80 per order regardless of how many items you purchase in a single transaction.

However spend over $180 in one transaction and we will waive the freight and handling fee!

Question: Can I purchase a Gift Voucher?

Answer:

Yes! You can purchase a cash voucher which can be used at any one of our 3 salons, or alternately you can purchase a voucher for a specific salon's treatment.

Question: I work (or live) in the Perth CBD. How much is Postage?

Skindeep are happy to announce FREE delivery for clients located within the Perth CBD.

At checkout, standard postage will be added to your total, however do not be alarmed. Once your order is process and you enter your details (including delivery address), standard postage will no longer apply. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox stating $0 postage.

Answer: Skindeep prides itself in training of skin concerns and product knowledge. We offer all clients a thorough skin consultation and using a Visia Complexion Analysis system. This allows us to analyse and record your skin's condition to not only determin required treatment and product but also follow it's progress. Our goal is to formulate the best and most practical treatment plan to treat your skin concerns.

Question: What conditions can be treated with IPL?

Answer:

Unwanted hair, sun/age spots, freckles, hormonal pigmentation, facial veins, rosacea, sundamage and fine lines.

Question: Can IPL treat all hair colours?

Answer: IPL hair reduction is most effective on darker hairs although all hair can be treated providing the hair is darker than the surrounding skin.

Question: Can IPL treat all areas of the body?

Answer: Yes, providing the skin/hair is suitable. We can not treat eyelids.

Question: Can i return to work straight after an IPL treatment?

Answer: Generally it is fine to return to work especially if treating hair, however some clients choose not to if they are prone to swelling. The effects of a photo rejuvenation treatment may be concealed with a mineral make up.
